Questionnaire to Gauge Audience Response to the Effectiveness of the Opening Sequence of 'When Duty Calls'

I have created a questionnaire to help me understand the success of my opening sequence and whether audiences think it reflects my chosen genre and follows the typical conventions of both genre and opening sequences. Hopefully the responses are positive and replicate the extensive research and planning I had done before filming my opening sequence.

My Post film questionnaire was sent out to numerous people from a range of demographics so I can gather many different opinions and responses.
